"After seeing three different doctors and two different nutritionists over a two year span, I still had no idea what foods I needed to be eating to lose weight and eat clean and healthy. The two doctors would simply tell me to eat under 1,200 calories a day. One even told me to eat a low carb diet. The nutritionists would leave me with, 'Don't eat any sweets and most of your diet should be vegetables.' None of that told me how to really eat healthy and how to feed my family healthy meals.
